Non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy until the puppy is 8 weeks of age and is ready to go home with its new owner. At that time the remaining amount owed will be paid in full before puppy leaves. If we are shipping your puppy the payment will have to be paid and cleared through our bank 5 days prior to shipping date.

​If you have paid the deposit to hold your puppy before the puppy has had its vet exam and the puppy does not pass the exam, we will refund your deposit if you decide you do not want to proceed.
Puppy will be up to date on age appropriate shots and wormer.

1 (one) year Health Guarantee:

Purchaser shall, within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) have this puppy seen by a veterinarian of your choice, at your expense. If the puppy is NOT taken to a vet within the 3 days of receipt of the puppy, this warranty is null and void. If the puppy is found to be defective we must be notified immediately, and we reserve the right for the
puppy to be reevaluated by a veterinarian of our choice. We do not warrant against normal puppy hood ailments such as roundworms, kennel cough, or coccidiosis, or giardia, as these can at times be unpreventable. We warrant against preexisting, severe, life-threatening or life-shortening diseases or disabilities. We offer a ONE YEAR genetic warranty. We do not warrant against any condition caused by carelessness, negligence of abuse. (One year from birth.) Once released into the care and custody of buyer, or shipping agent, any illness or disease becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that the puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect (severe, life-threatening or life-shortening disease or disability), the buyer must notify us within 24 hours and provide x-rays and/or all reports used to diagnose the puppy. Seller’s veterinarian must concur with the diagnosis. In the event that the puppy will be returned to the seller, the puppy must be returned within 30 days of decision, with all paperwork as well as a signed statement from the vet on vet’s letterhead stating the date of examination and vet attesting to the problem with the puppy, and its resulting unfitness for sale. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if the diagnosis is not confirmed by another veterinarian of our choice.

Your puppy is guaranteed against genetically caused premature death for a period of 1 year from the date of birth. In the unlikely event of death of the puppy, the buyer must provide proof of death by a necropsy report stating the cause of death. This is done at buyer’s expense. The report MUST have genetic diagnosis in writing to be defective and must be completed by a licensed veterinarian on their letterhead. We will replace the puppy with the next available comparable puppy of our choice. We do not refund any money. Replacement limited to once. This warranty is only valid to original buyer on original puppy.

Our puppies are sold as pets, no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size, weight, color, hair texture, markings, teeth placement, training ability or breeding ability.

Buyer agrees that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri, in the County of Webster. Guarantee is given solely to buyer and is non-transferrable.

We strongly recommend attending a basic obedience class and making sure your puppy is properly socialized. We also recommend keeping the puppy up to date on all vaccinations, de-worming, including heartworm prevention, keeping it on an appropriate diet, and all other usual necessary procedures.
